The Trade Secretary was born to sort out the way construction businesses run behind the scenes.I provide hands on operational support to get your business organised, on time and out of your head. From quoting and scheduling to system setups, payroll and the automations that stop you doing the same job twice.Six years dedicated to the trades, built on fifteen years supporting executives and teams across finance and corporate. That combination is what keeps projects moving and communication clean between site and office.On a personal level, I've also been the client. By project managing two of my own renovations I discovered my biggest passion to date. It also taught me what trade businesses look like from the other side and what it takes to make that experience one worth talking about.I work inside the platforms your business already runs on e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, ServiceM8, ClickUp, Deputy etc. I get them talking to each other properly so you stop fighting your own tools. No two trade businesses run the same way, so nothing I do comes out of a template. Every engagement is shaped around your business, the tasks you actually need handled, the platforms you use and the way you want to work with me. Whether that's a one-off clean-up, a system setup, or weekly support that flexes with your workload, the scope is yours to set. We operate professionally, transparently, and with clear boundaries so both sides know exactly what to expect.2. Intellectual PropertyAll templates, documents, workflows, systems, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.You receive a licence to use these materials within your business only.
